Explain to your family that working at home is the same job.
Often family members think you can do housework because you're still at home. Explain to them as firmly as possible: Your physical presence in the apartment does not mean that you can do any housework at any time. The family must realize that it makes no difference to them where you are when you work. And you can do housework either before or after work.
Obviously, it's not so easy to follow this rule if you have children. But even in this case, you can find a way out: for example, allocate a separate room for work or come up with an indicator that says when you can be distracted and when you can't. Perhaps you can come up with a new way - after all, no one knows your children better than you.
