How it works

  • Standby
    Ultra-low power mode. Only the nRF monitors the ToF sensor.
  • Wake-Up
    Vehicle detected → Vision MCU and camera power on.
  • Recognition
    HX6538 captures an image, detects the plate, reads the number, sends text result to nRF.
  • Decision
    Plate checked against whitelist → Authorized or ignored.
  • Gate Trigger
    Device mimics a remote button press to open the gate — no modification of gate electronics required.
  • Return to Sleep
    Vision system powers down. Back to low-power standby
